Classes will be planned as small group works, covering music, music theory and
Orff elements that are of interest to you.

All classes will be based on Orff Schulwerk process, and are valuable for establishing and consolidating confidence in Orff Schulwerk techniques and repertoire.

Classes run for one two hour afternoon session, or may be arranged as a short series with follow up sessions, allowing opportunities for questions, or performance of participant's compositions. Material will be drawn form the Music for Children volumes I - V, and other Orff texts, as well as new compositions and arrangements.

About the teacher: I hold a B.A., Dip Ed.(Music major) and I have been teaching music for over 25 years in Primary, Secondary and Tertiary settings. In addition to the Jazz Course and Orff Master Class, I studied Orff Levels I - III in San Francisco with Doug Goodkin, Sofia Lopez-Ibor, James Harding and Rick Layton, and Level IV in Melbourne with Steve Calantropio.
Currently I am researching a Master of Education degree at Monash University.
